Connections - East Dunbartonshire 

													
Connections provides short-term support to adults between 16 and 65 experiencing stress, low mood and anxiety rather than mood disorders. Connections offers one-to-one support, group activities and therapies.

One-to-one support is typically offered for 12 one-hour sessions tailored to your individual needs. Group activities usually last between 4 and 8 weeks, covering activities like relaxation, walking, drumming, Tai Chi, yoga and drama workshops.
